The 9th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the unitholders of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust ("FLCT", and the unitholders of FLCT, "Unitholders") will be held at the Grand Ballroom, Level 2, Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore (formerly known as InterContinental Singapore), 80 Middle Road, Singapore 188966 on Monday, 26 January 2026 at 2.00 p.m. (Singapore time).

To submit questions related to the resolutions

Unitholders may submit questions related to the resolutions to be tabled for approval at the AGM in advance of the AGM. The questions must be submitted in the following manner by 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 13 January 2026

  1. deposited at the registered office of the Manager at
    438 Alexandra Road, #21-00 Alexandra Point,
    Singapore 119958; or
  2. via email to the Manager, at ir_flct@frasersproperty.com.

Unitholders who submit questions by post or via email must provide the following information for authentication:

  1. the Unitholder's full name;
  2. the Unitholder's address; and
  3. the manner in which the Unitholder holds the Units (e.g., via CDP, CPF or SRS).
