| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Ms Cher Mui Sim Susanna will be retiring with effect from 1 October 2021 as the Chief Financial Officer of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd. ("FLCAM"), the manager of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust ("FLCT"). Ms Cher will remain with FLCAM in an advisory role until 31 December 2021. The Board of FLCAM thanks her for her service and contributions to FLCT. A successor for Ms Cher is being selected, and an announcement will be made in due course. |
