| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Ms Yeo Whay Teng, Tricia ("Ms Yeo") will be taking a leave of absence for personal reasons. She will cease to act as the Chief Financial Officer of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Asset Management Pte. Ltd. ("FLCAM"), the manager of Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust ("FLCT") with effect from 1 January 2025. The Board of FLCAM thanks her for her service and contributions to FLCT. FLCAM is in the process of recruiting Ms Yeo's successor, and an announcement on the appointment will be made in due course. |
