Description Please note the following:

1. The Sponsor Initial Unit is expected to be granted listing and quotation on the Official List of SGX-ST on 20 June 2016.

2. Listing of the Sponsor Initial Unit will commence at 4.30 p.m. on Monday 20 June 2016.

3. Frasers L&I Tr will request a trading halt at or before 4.30 p.m. on Monday 20 June 2016. Trading will halt immediately after the Sponsor Initial Unit is listed until the close of trading hours on Monday 20 June 2016. Please refer to Page 83 of the registered prospectus (dated Friday 10 June 2016) for details on the rationale for the trading halt.

4. Results of the balloting of applications under the Public Offer will be announced today. Allotment and crediting of 1,425,149,999 Units to all investors (excluding the Sponsor Initial Unit) will only occur after 5.06 p.m. on Monday 20 June 2016.

5. Trading in all Units will only commence at 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday 21 June 2016 (subject to the SGX-ST being satisfied that all conditions necessary for the commencement of trading in the Units through the SGX-ST have been fulfilled).

6. Circuit breakers will not apply to the counter on the first day of trading on Tuesday 21 June 2016.

7. Settlement for all trades on Tuesday 21 June 2016 will be on Friday 24 June 2016.

8. The short name and abbreviated name are Frasers L&I Tr and 'FLT'. The ISIN Code is SG1CI9000006.

9. The Units will be quoted in board lots of 100. Settlement for trades in the Units will be effected by book entries in the securities accounts which buyers and sellers must maintain with The Central Depository (Pte) Ltd ("CDP").
