| Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below) | Reference is made to the announcement dated 6 June 2017 in relation to the proposed acquisition of seven properties in Australia and the announcements dated 27 June 2017 and 6 July 2017 in relation to the private placement of 78,000,000 new units in FLT ("Private Placement"). Attached is an announcement in relation to the completion of the acquisition of five of the seven properties and the use of proceeds from the Private Placement. ------------------------------------- DBS Bank Ltd. and Citigroup Global Markets Singapore Pte. Ltd. are the joint financial advisers, global coordinators and issue managers for the initial public offering of units in Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust (the "Offering").
