Description	Reference is made to the (i) announcement dated 6 June 2017 in relation to the proposed acquisition of seven properties in Australia; and (ii) announcement dated 1 August 2017 in relation to the completion of the acquisition of five of the seven properties in Australia, including the Beaulieu Facility.
